System Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide support for global network infrastructure
• Monitor, manage alerts, patching, upgrades, and performance
• Lead setup/configuration of network infrastructure for new offices
• Act as escalation point for complex network issues
• Collaborate with global team and stakeholders to ensure reliability
• Maintain runbooks and support templates

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in supporting enterprise network infra
• Strong Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, GlobalProtect VPN experience
• Experience with Meraki switches, wireless APs, Portnox
• Experience with ITOM software monitoring and alerting
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• BA/BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent
