• Lead network support for global infra with 24x5 coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in global enterprise network support
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and monitoring
• Experience setting up new office sites
• Familiar with ITOM software for monitoring IT infra
• Hands-on with Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, GlobalProtect VPN, Portnox
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
