Principal Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop an engineering team with direction, coaching, and growth.
• Partner with Product and Design from discovery to shape solutions.
• Own delivery from problem definition to execution with clear priorities.
• Establish predictable, sustainable execution with planning and risk management.
• Provide technical leadership across complex products and systems.
• Maintain high standards for quality, scalability, testing, and CD.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading product-focused engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex products quickly.
• Strong technical judgment for eng. and product discussions.
• Able to lead through ambiguity and create actionable plans.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design.
• Cloud-native tech experience; PHP/Symfony, Node.js, TS, AWS, Kubernetes.
