• Design, build, operate production-grade agent workflows
• Surface intelligence, automate content creation, respond to signals
• LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, agent orchestration, data platforms
• Collaborate with sellers, marketers, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure secure, permission-aware, observable, evaluable systems

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years designing, building, operating production AI systems
• Experience shipping AI-enabled software used by real users
• Strong agent-system architecture knowledge
• Experience with Claude, Codex, Cursor, Dust, LangChain/ LangGraph
• Judgment to choose deterministic code vs workflows vs agents vs human review
• Builder mindset; prototype → production
