📋 Description

• Lead engagements end to end as Engagement Lead, primary client contact and accountable for delivery.
• Own scope, governance, cadence, and executive readouts for engagements.
• Run governance and cadence: standups, status reports, RAID, and decision logs.
• Escalation point for engagement risk; protect scope, timeline, and client relationship.
• Lead a 2-3 person pod across discovery, analysis, and executive readouts with staffing alignment.
• Drive quality across client-facing deliverables and ensure delivery rhythm.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in engagement leadership, cloud/platform engineering.
• Proven ability to lead multi-cloud engagements (AWS/Azure/GCP) and platform engineering initiatives.
• Ability to translate findings into executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes.
• Experience in governance, change control, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong people leadership and pod management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
