Staff Engineer (Client Ops)

📋 Description

• Join Client Ops as a Staff Engineer in Madrid or Málaga (hybrid).
• Build reusable backend services in Python or TS/Node.js for client data and permissions as truth.
• Lead migrations, move domain logic out of Salesforce, and design RFC-based services.
• Own end-to-end features with cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Develop production-grade AI tooling and orchestrations (Temporal) to automate workflows.
• Ensure robust APIs, observability, testing, and CI/CD throughout the stack.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend depth in Python or TS/Node.js; experience in fintech a plus.
• 5+ years backend software engineering; staff level with cross-domain impact.
• Experience with source-of-truth design and data contracts.
• Frontend exposure with React is a plus; end-to-end ownership expected.
• Familiarity with AI tooling, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication and RFC-driven collaboration.
