🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in software engineering and system design; 5+ years in principal/architect roles
- Experience driving AI-enabled engineering transformations (agents, agentic workflows, guardrails)
- Proven ability to architect and scale high-throughput, distributed systems
- Experience building or leading shared platform capabilities used across multiple products
- Strong cross-team influence without direct authority
