Delivery Manager (Biomechanics)

📋 Description

• Coordinate delivery of initiatives across the Biomechanics Value Stream.
• Maintain roadmaps, milestones and project timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement.
• Track dependencies, risks and blockers; provide proactive updates to stakeholders.
• Support Product Managers and Engineering Leads with planning and prioritisation.
• Improve Agile delivery practices and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting software, technical or product delivery in a tech environment.
• Understanding of Agile methods (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
