Director, Hardware Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead hardware engineering for Cricut products
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams
• Set priorities across projects and manage risks
• Collaborate with ID, UX, Product, SW, and others
• Oversee prototyping to mass production

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Strong hands-on management of large teams
• 5+ years PM experience in product development
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with MS Project and MS Excel; Minitab desirable
• Knowledge of SPC methods and DoEs (CPKs, T-Tests, X-Bar/R)
