Product Engineer II – Utility Solutions

📋 Description

• Discover customer needs and translate utility and telecom requirements into geospatial solutions.
• Configure GIS apps, tools, information models, workflows for industry use cases.
• Contribute to product design with focus on usability and customer experience.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Create, review, and maintain product briefs, docs, and materials.
• Design and execute test cases for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in utilities/infra/telecom with GIS experience in workflows.
• Experience designing, developing, documenting GIS solutions across web/mobile/desktop.
• Bachelor’s in geography or related field.
• Strong understanding of utility data and asset management; GIS apps config is desirable.
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro; web GIS apps a plus.
• Python or Arcade scripting experience a plus.
