📋 Description
- Provide in-person, phone, and remote technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving
- Troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and other IT
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems and business
- Perform routine hardware maintenance, repairs, upgrades, replacements, and equipment preparation.
- Support basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and
- Prepare and configure desktops, monitors, keyboards, and other equipment for new and existing
🎯 Requirements
- Current enrollment in a computer-related program, a completed computer-related education, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop/support tools.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity
