📋 Description

• Lead IGA strategy and SailPoint platform ownership in a global enterprise.
• Oversee internal teams and MSPs for on-time delivery and quality.
• Align IGA with security, compliance, audit, and digital transformation.
• Advise senior stakeholders on priorities, risks, and technical decisions.
• Drive governance, controls, and audits to remain audit-ready.
• Manage partnerships, SLAs, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: 10+ years experience or 8–10 with graduate degree.
• IGA leadership: 3–6+ years in leadership roles.
• SailPoint expertise: SailPoint IdentityNow or similar IAM/IGA.
• RBAC, UAR, identity governance, access controls.
• Enterprise architecture, IT strategy, roadmaps.
• Security mindset: cybersecurity, privacy, risk, audit.
