Senior Facilities Technician, First Shift

📋 Description

• Respond to and resolve facilities tickets within 2 days, drywall repair, patch/paint, furniture
• Maintain general consumable stock items
• Organize and maintain equipment
• Maintain site surroundings and facilities
• Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and golf carts
• Provide recommendations for facilities improvements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with heavy equipment (forklift, reach-lift, man-lift)
• 5+ years of relevant high‑quality repair experience
• Ability to provide before/after photos of prior work
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete assigned shifts
• Ability to lift/manipulate 50 pounds
