📋 Description

• Technical lead for TOMRA RVMs in Korea
• Own product performance, issues, and service coordination
• Monitor machine connectivity and system events
• Coordinate field service and repair/testing of new solutions
• Manage parts inventory to maximize uptime

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Eng/EM/mechatronics/CS or related field
• 5+ years in technical/support or service ops
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with automated equipment or IoT is preferred
• Familiarity with spare parts and inventory processes
