📋 Description
- The Superintendent, Mechanical leads mechanical and cooling-systems field execution for a new data
- Drives schedule, coordinates trades, and enforces safety and quality from mobilization through
- Owns mechanical trade sequencing across white space and coordinates BIM field work to resolve
- Supports commissioning handoff and ensures completion of installation checklists.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years supervising mechanical trades on data center or mission-critical projects
- Working knowledge of chilled water plants, air and liquid cooling systems, and hydronic distribution
- Experience driving Level 1-5 commissioning prerequisites and turnover docs
- Strong look-ahead planning, manpower loading, and safety leadership
- Experience with Procore/ACC, BIM field use, and full mechanical drawing packages
- Clear documentation habits: dailies, QC records, test docs
