📋 Description

• Guide privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI-legal matters.
• Advise on US/international privacy requirements for data collection and use.
• Partner with Privacy, Data Governance, IT, Compliance for risk mitigation.
• Support PIAs, DPIAs, vendor reviews, data inventories, data mapping.
• Draft/refine privacy and security contract provisions and agreements.
• Provide guidance on emerging products, AI systems, and regulatory changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active US state bar.
• 8–12 years as attorney with 5–10 years in data privacy/security.
• Strong knowledge of CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, etc.
• Experience drafting AI/privacy/security contracts and handling incidents.
• Certs like CIPP-US/CIPP-C/CIPM advantageous.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
