Technical Service Representative

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on technical service at customer sites for industrial and fleet-wash customers in
• Manage a diverse customer portfolio across the assigned geography with on-site support, testing
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve processes and reduce
• Perform on-site service activities including testing, equipment service, and inventory management.
• Document findings, test results, and corrective actions clearly; communicate with customers and
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver consistent service.

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in British Columbia.
• 2+ years in mechanical, chemical, industrial, or related technical environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical systems and pipefitting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform field testing in customer sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain technical info clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (occasional overnight).
