📋 Description
- Lead Project Engineering department daily operations and personnel management
- Drive capital strategy, long-range plan, and annual capital plan
- Deliver LBE and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Balance project priorities to meet financial targets and life-cycle costs
- Administer asset management, project lifecycle, and energy programs
- Oversee site Master Plan and ensure EHS compliance in design/change
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or equivalent
- 10+ years in engineering/operational roles; biopharma leadership preferred
- Strong communication with senior management and stakeholders
- Financial system experience and fiscal control
- Computer literacy: MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP; CAD/technical docs skills
