Senior Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for chemistry data
• Develop optimized data models and data lake/warehouse for ML features
• Containerize and deploy ML models; automate retraining and monitoring
• Implement data quality checks and governance for experimental data
• Build internal tools and APIs for data access from lab systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Data Engineering or related field
• Python expert with Pandas, NumPy
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP); Azure preferred
• Data orchestration with Airflow/Prefect/Dagster
• SQL + PostgreSQL; experience with NoSQL
• Git and DevOps practices
