📋 Description

• Perform membrane filtration analysis of water, soil, and substrates using SOPs.
• Follow Biosafety Manual and Emergency Response Plan.
• Report drinking water adverse results immediately to the Drinking Water Coordinator.
• Enter data into the LIMS system.
• Prepare stock cultures and agars; maintain lab cleanliness.
• Conduct instrument maintenance and troubleshoot as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in biology-related field.
• Experience with microbiology testing is an asset.
• Experience with membrane filtration is an asset.
• Experience in risk group 2 lab is an asset.
• WHMIS and safety training.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
