Fullstack Team Lead (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Lead a Fullstack team building user-facing Kayzen UI and tools
• Hands-on coding alongside the team, coding in production-grade UI work
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA and Backend teams on features
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Fullstack pod
• Mentor and grow engineers; drive coding standards and quality
• Integrate AI-powered coding agents and end-to-end testing into daily flow

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years Fullstack experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep expertise in React (or Angular/Vue) and ecosystem
• Strong HTML5/CSS3, responsive design, and data-heavy UI skills
• Experience with state management (Redux/MobX/Zustand) and UI testing (Jest/Cypress/Playwright)
• Proven leadership: 2+ years leading/managing a Fullstack team
• Experience with APIs, REST/GraphQL, and system design
