Senior Network Engineer - Wireless networks

📋 Description

• Own performance, reliability, and scalability of Halter's collar and tower network.
• Work at the intersection of wireless protocols, tower infra, and real-time data flow.
• Diagnose field issues and design architecture to prevent them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve on-farm connectivity.
• Be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation supporting deployed infra.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience designing/operating large-scale wireless networks (LoRa/LPWAN, cellular, or
• End-to-end network architecture ownership with production health in scale.
• Comfort across RF/antenna, tower hardware, edge devices, and cloud data.
• Experience with observability/monitoring for distributed IoT systems.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead with a pragmatic, first-principles approach.
• Willingness to work on farm and understand field network behavior.
