📋 Description

• Define MAITE processes for sub-assemblies and satellites; integration flows, work packages and test
• Qualify assembly/integration/test processes using PFMEA and control plans; define acceptance
• Specify tooling, equipment and workstations; lead transfer from prototype to series for high
• Lead structural, mechanical and thermal assembly and integration of satellites; technical contact
• Plan and lead environmental test campaigns; guide system-level functional verification.
• Define MGSE requirements and drive provision of tooling and fixtures for handling, transport and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial
• 5+ years hands-on experience in development/integration/testing/production of complex hardware
• Experience defining/qualifying assembly, integration and test processes; able to turn into standard
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge with system-level understanding and cross-domain interface
• Proven ownership of environmental test campaigns from specification to reporting.
• Practical mastery of precision mechanical assembly and composite hardware handling and inspection
