📋 Description

• You design, build, and evolve reliable and scalable backend services in modern Java and Spring Boot
• You stay hands-on in code, lead cross-team technical initiatives, and drive topics from idea to
• You work across REST and gRPC APIs, event-driven flows, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Flyway, and
• You raise the bar on architecture, observability, performance, security, testing, and developer
• You collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional team members across backend

🎯 Requirements

• Experience You have deep experience building backend services with modern Java and Spring Boot, and
• Architecture You are experienced in microservices and event-driven architectures, and you know how
• Data Stores You have worked with PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, Flyway, Redis, and Kafka, and
• Operations You are comfortable owning services in production environments and improving them
• AI-Assisted Development You are comfortable using AI-assisted tools thoughtfully and know how to
• Curiosity You are collaborative, and product-minded, willing to work across the stack when needed
