AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and ship agentic product experiences, incl. chat-style interfaces, from prototype to GA.
• Design harnesses, execution flows, and guardrails for production AI systems.
• Build internal automation and AI tooling to raise engineering and Go-To-Market velocity.
• Collaborate with research engineers to turn internal research into customer-facing features.
• Define evals to measure improvements in output quality.
• Work across API, backend, orchestration, and frontend to ship features end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience building AI or LLM-powered products, agents, or agentic workflows.
• Strong software fundamentals beyond prompt crafting.
• Ability to model system behavior and harnesses under the hood.
• Proficiency in Python with fluency in at least one other language.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
