CADD/CAFM Analyst

📋 Description

• Remote CAD documentation for office spaces and space data
• Maintain polylined drawings per BOMA standards
• Use AutoCAD tools with palettes and LISP routines
• Upload drawings to CAFM/IWMS and manage data
• QA to improve data accuracy and resolve issues
• Coordinate multiple projects with SLAs and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Drafting, Design, Eng, Arch or related field; 1–3 yrs CAD/CAFM exp
• Strong AutoCAD skills for as-built drawings and layouts
• Understanding of architectural/furniture plans and space types
• Knowledge of BOMA/OSCRe concepts
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS (Archibus/FMSystems a plus)
• MS Office mastery; good English comms and attention to detail
