Lead Engineer (Structural Analysis)

📋 Description

• Perform static, vibration, thermal, and fatigue analyses of metallic aerospace structures using
• Support full product development lifecycle: design, development, validation, qualification, and
• Conduct detailed engineering calculations and FEA studies to evaluate structural integrity and
• Apply DO-160G requirements in structural and environmental analyses.
• Investigate field observations, perform root-cause analysis, and develop corrective solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and cross-functional problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience in structural analysis of metallic components.
• Strong hands-on experience with engineering hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Experience with at least one commercial FEA platform (preferably ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS Icepak, or
• Solid understanding of Strength of Materials, structural mechanics, and classical engineering
• Practical knowledge of aerospace standards and DO-160G analysis requirements.
