📋 Description
- Perform static, vibration, thermal, and fatigue analyses of metallic aerospace structures using
- Support full product development lifecycle: design, development, validation, qualification, and
- Conduct detailed engineering calculations and FEA studies to evaluate structural integrity and
- Apply DO-160G requirements in structural and environmental analyses.
- Investigate field observations, perform root-cause analysis, and develop corrective solutions.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and cross-functional problem-solving.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related STEM field.
- Approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience in structural analysis of metallic components.
- Strong hands-on experience with engineering hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Experience with at least one commercial FEA platform (preferably ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS Icepak, or
- Solid understanding of Strength of Materials, structural mechanics, and classical engineering
- Practical knowledge of aerospace standards and DO-160G analysis requirements.
