Customer Onboarding Specialist

📋 Description

• Guide customers through setup of PushPress products and integrations
• Deliver onboarding via one-on-one calls and Intercom support
• Educate clients on workflows aligned to their goals
• Track onboarding progress and follow up to remove blockers
• Collaborate with Support/Operations to close onboarding gaps
• Lead onboarding programs and manage early churn mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PushPress product suite and workflows
• Experience leading SaaS onboarding or implementations
• Comfort with video, screen share, and live troubleshooting
• Project management skills and milestone ownership
• Clear, confident communication; ability to explain technical concepts
• Attention to detail and disciplined use of systems
