Lifecycle Senior Specialist (OHS): Contract Management

📋 Description

• Manage and execute occupational health and safety solutions across multiple jurisdictions with
• Act as internal point of contact for routine and complex OHS questions, guiding and supporting
• Identify, onboard, contract, and manage OHS vendors, training partners, health centers, and other
• Own vendor relationships and deliverables, monitor performance through structured assessments
• Coordinate health assessments, safety training, and other OHS-related activities for employees
• Lead and coordinate internal country-level OHS audits to ensure compliance with local regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety, with experience across
• Proven experience identifying, onboarding, coordinating, or managing vendors and external partners.
• Experience managing OHS matters across multiple jurisdictions and supporting employees and external
• Strong analytical and project management skills to map, optimize, and implement processes
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with distributed teams and external
