📋 Description
- Own large, user-facing initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Design to translate goals into technical solutions.
- Build frontend experiences with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
- Establish frontend standards and development practices across the team.
- Improve performance and Core Web Vitals through analysis of rendering and load times.
- Develop scalable frontend architecture with component libraries, monorepos, and headless CMS.
🎯 Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience on high-performing teams with strong frontend
- Advanced experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, or similar.
- Strong understanding of frontend rendering behavior and performance optimization in Next.js.
- Practical experience using Core Web Vitals to identify and resolve frontend issues.
- Experience building large-scale frontend apps with component libraries, monorepos, and headless CMS.
- Strong backend experience with Python, Django, or similar.
