Principal Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop an engineering team with clear direction, coaching, and growth support.
• Partner with Product and Design from discovery to shape solutions.
• Own delivery from problem definition to execution with clear priorities and outcomes.
• Plan realistically, track progress, and manage risks proactively.
• Provide technical leadership across complex products and systems.
• Maintain high standards for quality, scalability, testing, and CD/CI.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering teams in product-focused orgs.
• Proven track record delivering complex products/platforms in fast-moving environments.
• Strong technical judgment with ability to participate in engineering and product discussions.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and turn problems into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication; align stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with modern cloud-native technologies; familiarity with PHP/Symfony, Node.js, TS
