Senior Engineer (L3)

📋 Description

• Handle escalated L3 tickets from assignment to resolution, owning complex issues.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced infrastructure problems across Windows, AD, Exchange, M365
• Administer Windows Server environments, AD, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and MFA/CA integrations.
• Configure enterprise networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls) and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Support cloud/datacenter environments (Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix, storage, backup/DR).
• Document troubleshooting steps and communicate with clients and stakeholders with clear next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• At least 5 years with AD, Windows, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
• 5+ years in networking, routing, firewalls, VPNs, backups, and security.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/AD/Exchange/M365 and enterprise networking.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Intune and cloud identity.
• Excellent English communication, ownership, teamwork, and documentation skills.
