Pillar Lead: Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead automation and orchestration initiatives supporting Zero Trust and cybersecurity programs.
• Design reusable workflows, integrations, and tooling to improve evidence collection, assessments
• Combine software engineering, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and enterprise integration to reduce manual
• Develop scripts, APIs, and automated reporting while ensuring secure automation practices and
• Document architectures, dependencies, security considerations, and handoff requirements for reuse
• Collaborate across technical workstreams and approved enterprise platforms to improve data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Eng, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related technical
• 5+ years in automation, integration, DevSecOps, security engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Python, PowerShell, APIs, workflow orchestration, or comparable automation
• Experience integrating enterprise security, analytics, ticketing, infrastructure, or related
• Working knowledge of Zero Trust, Federal cybersecurity controls, and secure automation practices.
• Understanding of automation architecture, dependencies, data flows, and secure implementation.
