🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years producing production-quality backend code (Go/Java/C++/Python)
• BSc in technical field; MSc/PhD a plus
• Experience building SDKs / web APIs (REST/gRPC)
• Strong practices: CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Agile
• Curiosity for open-ended problems and abstract data
• Strong communication of results to leadership
