IT Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• On-site IT support for UK Eurofins Forensic sites
• Maintain end-user computing and lab IT equipment
• Support deployments, upgrades, changes
• Occasional out-of-hours support for incidents
• Travel between sites as required
• Ensure security and compliance in operations

🎯 Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in IT Field Service/Desktops/End-user support
• Windows desktops and laptops knowledge
• Hardware break/fix and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication
• Ability to work across multiple sites
