Job Description
📋 Description
- Act as a subject matter expert in FP&A.
- Liaise with business leaders to support budget cycles and track progress toward goals.
- Deliver analysis of monthly financial results to forecast full-year performance.
- Design and analyze financial reports, variance tools and monthly statements.
- Contribute to long-range planning via financial models and projections.
- Develop and maintain forecasting/reporting processes and systems.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 7+ years in financial planning and analysis; complex models a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the company.
- Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
