📋 Description
- Lead highly technical, cross-team initiatives end to end: framing the problem, aligning
- Partner with SRE Infra Enablement, Developer Experience, Security, and API & Auth Platform
- Define and prioritize platform initiatives to enable rapid, reliable software delivery and reduce
- Coordinate roadmap processes and translate opportunities into prioritized investments with clear
- Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform health, including standards, migrations, and
- Prepare concise updates and decision documents for platform leadership with explicit asks when
🎯 Requirements
- Strong experience shaping and executing roadmaps for backend platforms, infrastructure, developer
- Experience leading complex, cross-team programs that rely on influence and collaboration rather
- Technical depth to work with senior engineers on architecture, reliability, security, developer
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous technical problems into clear decisions, milestones, and
- Experience balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health and adoption of standards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with ability to explain tradeoffs to engineers and
