• The Commercial/Residential Installer Technician loads materials and installs doors and operators in
• Performs installation tasks such as mounting track, winding springs, setting hardware, and
• Reads job paperwork and follows installation instructions accurately.
• Completes installations meeting quality and safety expectations.
• Prepares materials and reviews paperwork for each job to prevent delays.
• Uses tools and equipment safely to complete installations.

• Ability to perform physically demanding installation work, including lifting and working at heights.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools; read wiring diagrams when required.
• Uphold PPE and safety requirements; professional conduct on customer sites.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to follow directions and paperwork.
