• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years of professional experience with feature ownership
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Experience with multi-threaded programming and system design
• Excellent coding and debugging skills; comfortable navigating large codebases
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and AI-native
