Team Leader Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Lead and coach Learning Experience Designers in client-facing programs
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and client/SME communications
• Ensure deliverables meet design and development quality standards
• Coordinate with Training Transformation and stakeholders on processes and targets
• Provide direction to ensure adherence to scoped project scope
• Act as primary MLS contact for program continuity and status updates

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in external Client/Stakeholder Management
• 3–5 years in Learning Experience Design or related L&D role
• 2–3 years in leadership/supervisory capacity ( Desirable )
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, G Suite)
• Strong English (B2) and Google Apps for Work tools knowledge
• Experience with reporting/workload management and Workday dashboards
