Solutions Engineer - Turkey

📋 Description

• Be the go-to product and technical expert for Alpaca's enterprise partners in Turkey/EMEA.
• Bridge technical and business conversations; support enterprise partners with strong API knowledge.
• Collaborate with local partners, vendors, regulators, and Alpaca's global engineering team.
• Support enterprise partners and expand our partner base in Turkey/EMEA.
• Own end-to-end technical Solutions engagements: discovery, validation, RFPs, security
• Create Turkish-language collateral and documentation for new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise/B2B customers in a technical, sales engineering, or solutions
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, API integrations; experience with APIs, WebSockets
• Native or business-level Turkish; excellent customer communication and knowledge of Turkish
• Business-level English for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms.
• Self-starter in a startup environment; manages multiple tasks and drives projects to completion.
