📋 Description
- Own customer outcomes within strategic accounts; embed for long-term agency success
- Design, build, and ship tools on Axon's platform onsite (AI agents, workflows, data tools)
- Operate across deployment, adoption, and optimization to prove mission outcomes
- Maintain onsite presence and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services
- Translate agency problems into compliant, buildable solutions tied to mission outcomes
- Drive responsible innovation with CJIS, privacy, and evidence integrity guardrails
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments
- Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments
- Experience across hardware, software, cloud, and integrated systems
- Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders in mission-critical settings
- Full ownership mentality in fast-changing environments; able to navigate competing priorities
- Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and security standards
