Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain/building systems; perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Support operations under Chief/Assistant Chief Engineer.
• Repair restroom fixtures; clear drains; basic plumbing tasks.
• General labor: carrying, sorting materials, debris removal.
• Use company vehicles to obtain parts; follow traffic laws.
• Maintain/replace door hardware; basic painting and floor upkeep.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Technical/vocational training or 1-2 yrs in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or process
• Basic work-order and facility systems apps; MS Outlook.
• Licenses as required by local/state/national rules.
• Familiar with fire/life safety equipment/procedures.
• Strong customer service; able to interact with tenants/vendors/contractors.
