📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operation of SaaS delivery environments and drive reliability, scalability, and
• Handle incident management and provide level 3 support for customer/partner issues.
• Develop strategies for administering and maintaining SaaS deployment lifecycle operations.
• Operate and maintain AWS environments following standard procedures.
• Identify optimization opportunities and solve complex problems affecting service delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and document forecasts, plans, and resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in relational databases (MS SQL) and database design/optimization.
• 5+ years managing websites (IIS) and web app development/deployment.
• 5+ years basic scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• 1+ year in DevOps tools/practices (Jenkins, Git).
• 1+ year in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
