📋 Description

• Partner with CIO on transformation strategy and delivery
• Build and run scalable program governance
• Establish sprint cadence, estimation, and DoD milestones
• Identify and manage risks across multi-team programs
• Drive structured rollouts with metrics and dependencies
• Produce exec-ready deliverables and narratives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management
• 2-4 years of management consulting preferred
• PMO experience in a multinational setting
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Agile/PDLC
• Familiar with AI/LLM concepts and tools
