Program Portfolio Manager

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and migration programs with C-level executives.
• Align client business requirements with Ensono capabilities and multi-year transformation
• Coordinate architecture, migration planning, governance, and reference frameworks with client tech
• Develop discovery and solution workshops to design client solutions focused on transformation and
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences and gain executive buy-in.
• Partner with product and program management to drive technology roadmap changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years leading technology in hosting/cloud spaces; service provider/MSP experience preferred.
• 7+ years leadership in enterprise IT, consulting, engineering, or migrations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage CXO/board audiences.
• Experience designing/global IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Public cloud experience (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions.
