• Lead the Enterprise Engineering org building Roku’s custom enterprise apps, integrations, data, and
• Set the technical vision and architecture for an AI-native future, owning end-to-end outcomes.
• Oversee a global team across the US, UK, and India; collaborate with executive leadership.
• Drive AI-first engineering practices, standards, and velocity across teams.
• Shape organizational structure to maximize impact while preserving engineering rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and leading software engineering teams at scale, including managers/senior
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, AI and agentic platforms.
• Strong track record in setting architectural direction and improving quality, security, and speed.
• Exceptional executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in organizational design and transforming teams around outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
