📋 Description

• You own and operate the deployment funnel for AI & automation solutions at SIXT Corporate
• You manage automation workflow development and data source connections
• You translate process documentation into technical automation solutions with cross-functional teams
• You maintain reusable data models, optimize query performance, and ensure data quality
• You apply AI-powered coding assistants and prompt engineering tools to accelerate development
• You support deep-dive analyses, impact assessments, and documentation for automation outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in data and automation
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Informatics, Data Engineering, Business, or related field; US work
• Advanced SQL skills; experience with AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
• Experience with enterprise automation platforms, APIs, and data pipelines
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Self-directed, systems-oriented with ability to manage priorities
