Program Manager, CMC Portfolio Mgmt

📋 Description

• Lead development/maintenance of CMC project plans for PPDST using standardized PM tools
• Generate timeline swim lanes and dossier planning across R&D/Ops/Commercial
• Support EBEs pre-clinical timelines and due diligence activities
• Coordinate cross-functional PM activities; liaison to senior leaders
• Mentor junior staff; drive process improvements and best practices
• Manage resources, knowledge materials, and cross-functional communications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in technical/scientific field; 12+ yrs pharma/biotech or Masters with 10+ yrs; Doctorate
• 2+ yrs PM leadership; strong written/oral communication; cross-cultural collaboration
• Knowledge of drug development process; global cross-functional leadership preferred
• Proficient with PM tools (MS Office, MS Project, Qlikview, Spotfire); CMC experience preferred
• Accreditation in PM/Process Improvement preferred (PMP, LEAN Six Sigma)
