- Interface for international RWE community connecting stakeholders to AbbVie CoE and
- Enable generation of fit-for-purpose RWE using optimal RWD and methodologies across affiliates.
- Develop forums and ways of working for strategic RWE planning and generation.
🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree in public health, health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, biostats, or
- 8–10+ years RWE experience in international settings within pharma/academia/consultancy.
- Experience in integrated evidence planning and planning of RWE studies/initiatives.
- Strong influencing/consultancy skills with cross-functional teams.
- Cross-matrix collaboration and effective communication abilities.
- Fluent English; other regional languages are a plus.
